We offer a range of luxury car wash and detailing services, including exterior wash, interior detailing, ceramic coating, and VIP mobile service packages.
2.1 Service Scheduling
Appointments can be booked online or by phone. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
2.2 Service Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand plans change. Our refund and cancellation terms for services are as follows:
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service appointment free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation/No-show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to show up will not be refunded. This policy is necessary to compensate for reserved staff and allocated resources.

3. Digital Infoproducts
We provide premium automotive care guides, video tutorials, and online workshops.
3.1 Infoproduct Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our infoproducts, refunds are limited:
- Full Refund: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the product.
- No Refund: After 7 days or once the product has been accessed/downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.
To request a refund for an infoproduct, please get in touch with our team within the refund period.
4. Physical Products
Our store offers branded car care kits, microfiber towels, and ceramic coating products.
4.1 Returns and Refunds for Physical Products
- 30-Day Return Policy: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund.
Return requests must be initiated by contacting us and receiving a return authorization number.
5. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. In some cases, you may opt for store credit in lieu of a monetary refund.
